Welcome to Nexara Constellations.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nexara Constellations website, services, sessions, programmes, events, and related offerings.

By accessing our website, booking a session, applying for a programme, making a payment, or otherwise engaging with Nexara Constellations, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Nexara Constellations

Nexara Constellations provides Family and Systemic Constellation work and related personal-development services.

Our offerings may include private online sessions, longer-term programmes such as The Reset, Business Constellations, retreats, workshops, discovery calls, and related resources.

Services may be provided online or, where specifically offered, in person.

2. Nature of the Services

Nexara Constellations provides a systemic and experiential process intended to support personal reflection, awareness, exploration, and change.

Our services are not a substitute for:

• Medical treatment
• Psychiatric treatment
• Psychological diagnosis
• Mental-health emergency services
• Licensed psychotherapy or counselling
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Business, investment, tax, or professional advice

Nothing on our website should be interpreted as a diagnosis, medical recommendation, guarantee of treatment, or promise of a particular outcome.

Where you have a medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional concern, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

3. No Guaranteed Results

Every person and situation is different.

We do not guarantee that a session, programme, constellation process, exercise, practice, or recommendation will produce a particular result.

References to clarity, relief, healing, transformation, resolution, movement, alignment, or other outcomes describe experiences that some clients may report and are not guarantees of future results.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and interpretation of insights obtained through the services.

4. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our paid services.

If you are under the applicable age of majority, you must have the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where we reasonably believe the service is unsuitable for an individual or circumstances require support outside the scope of our work.

5. Booking and Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability.

When booking a service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

An appointment is considered confirmed only when the applicable booking and payment requirements have been completed and confirmation has been provided.

You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information is accurate so that appointment-related communications can reach you.

6. Online Sessions

For online sessions, you are responsible for:

• Having a suitable internet connection
• Using a functioning device with the required audio/video capabilities
• Joining the session on time
• Choosing a private and appropriate environment
• Taking reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of the session

Technical interruptions may occur.

If a significant technical problem prevents the session from proceeding, reasonable arrangements may be made to reschedule the session at the discretion of Nexara Constellations.

7. Rescheduling and Cancellations

The cancellation and refund rules applicable to each service are set out in the Nexara Constellations Refund and Returns Policy.

Unless a different written arrangement applies:

Single 1:1 Sessions

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session may qualify for a full refund or rescheduling without additional charges.

Cancellations made within 72 hours are generally not eligible for a refund. Rescheduling may be permitted at our discretion and subject to availability.

The Reset

Sessions may generally be rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice.

The programme includes a reasonable grace period for circumstances that require schedule adjustments, subject to the applicable programme terms.

Events and Retreats

Different cancellation periods may apply to group events and retreats.

You should review the applicable refund terms before purchasing.

8. No-Shows

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without providing appropriate prior notice, the session may be treated as used and no refund may be provided.

Repeated lateness or missed appointments may result in termination of services.

9. Fees and Payments

Prices are displayed on the relevant service or booking page and may be stated in United States Dollars (USD) or another currency.

You are responsible for paying the applicable amount shown at the time of purchase.

Third-party payment processors may impose their own terms, fees, or currency-conversion charges.

Nexara Constellations is not responsible for charges imposed by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or currency-conversion provider.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Nexara Constellations Refund and Returns Policy.

The current policy distinguishes between online 1:1 sessions, group events, and retreats, with different cancellation periods applying to each.

Where an approved refund is issued, it will generally be returned to the original payment method within the period specified in the applicable refund policy, subject to processing times of the payment provider.

11. Discovery Calls and Applications

Certain programmes may require an application or discovery call before acceptance.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

A discovery call does not create an obligation for either party to enter into a longer-term programme.

Nexara Constellations may determine, at its reasonable discretion, whether a particular service is appropriate for a prospective client.

12. Confidentiality

Nexara Constellations respects the confidential nature of private sessions.

We will take reasonable steps to protect information shared with us.

However, confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by applicable law or where necessary to address serious safety, legal, or security concerns.

You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of information you receive concerning other participants, clients, representatives, or third parties.

You must not record, reproduce, publish, or distribute private sessions or information relating to another participant without appropriate permission.

13. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that participation in the services is voluntary.

You are responsible for:

• Deciding whether the services are appropriate for you
• Providing accurate information
• Communicating relevant concerns before or during a session
• Following recommendations from appropriately qualified professionals where applicable
• Making your own decisions based on information or insights obtained during a session
• Seeking emergency or professional assistance when necessary

Nexara Constellations does not assume responsibility for decisions you make before, during, or after a session.

14. Health and Safety

The services may involve emotionally significant subjects, including family relationships, loss, trauma, relationships, identity, money, career, health-related concerns, and other personal matters.

Participation may therefore bring up unexpected emotions or experiences.

You should use your own judgment regarding your readiness to participate.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, you should contact an appropriate emergency or healthcare service rather than relying on Nexara Constellations.

15. Business Constellations

Business Constellations are intended as a systemic exploration process for founders, leaders, teams, and organisations.

They are not a substitute for professional business, legal, accounting, financial, investment, human-resources, or strategic consulting advice.

Any business decision remains the sole responsibility of the client.

No particular business result, financial outcome, growth, investment return, or organisational change is guaranteed.

Information concerning a client's business should be treated as confidential, subject to the limitations described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

16. Intellectual Property

All content on the Nexara Constellations website, including but not limited to:

• Text
• Logos
• Branding
• Graphics
• Photographs
• Videos
• Audio
• Written resources
• Programme materials
• Session resources
• Original exercises and frameworks

is owned by or licensed to Nexara Constellations unless otherwise stated.

You may use materials provided to you for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Nexara Constellations materials without prior written permission.

17. User-Submitted Content

If you submit testimonials, reviews, photographs, feedback, or other content to Nexara Constellations, you retain ownership of your content unless otherwise agreed.

You grant Nexara Constellations permission to use such content only to the extent and for the purposes agreed with you.

We will not intentionally publish identifiable testimonials or personal information for marketing purposes without appropriate permission.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current.

However, information on the website may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or typographical mistakes.

We reserve the right to change, update, suspend, or discontinue website content, services, pricing, programmes, or availability without prior notice.

We do not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability, security, or performance.

This includes, where legally permitted, loss of profits, business opportunities, personal outcomes, data, or other intangible losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexara Constellations and its representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the website
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law
• Your violation of another person's rights

23. Force Majeure

Nexara Constellations will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

These may include natural disasters, serious illness, technical failures, internet or telecommunications failures, government restrictions, emergencies, acts of war, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to reschedule affected services or provide an appropriate alternative.

24. Termination

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to our website or services where reasonably necessary, including where:

• These Terms are violated
• A client behaves abusively or threatens the safety of others
• Continued participation is considered inappropriate for the service
• Payment obligations are not fulfilled
• Required by law

Where termination occurs, any refund will be handled according to the applicable refund policy and circumstances.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction in India, subject to applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the website or services after the updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and applicable Refund and Returns Policy and any specific written agreement relating to a service, constitute the agreement between you and Nexara Constellations regarding your use of the relevant services.

Where a specific written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the specific agreement will apply to the extent of the conflict.
