Cancellations & Refunds

Effective Date: 24 October 2026

This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains what happens if you need to move or cancel a session with Nexara Constellations. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Clarity Calls and 1:1 Constellation sessions

• You can reschedule or cancel yourself, from the link in your confirmation email, up to 72 hours before your session.
• If you cancel 72 hours or more before your session, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid, minus a 5% convenience fee that covers payment processing.
• Within 72 hours of your session, cancellations are generally not eligible for a refund. Please message us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to help, subject to availability.
• If you do not attend without notice, the session is treated as used.

2. The Reset

• Your 15 sessions are scheduled with you at the start of the programme.
• You can reschedule up to 2 sessions, for travel (with at least 72 hours' notice) or illness (before the session starts).
• Changes made by Nexara Constellations never count towards your 2 reschedules.
• All 15 sessions are to be used within 5 months of your onboarding session.
• Refunds for The Reset follow The Reset — Our Agreement, which you sign before you begin.

3. If we need to cancel

If Nexara Constellations has to cancel a session and we cannot find a new time that works for you, you will receive a full refund, with no convenience fee.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show the refund. We are not responsible for charges or currency-conversion differences applied by your bank or card issuer.

5. Gift sessions

Gift sessions can be rescheduled like any 1:1 Constellation. Unused gift codes are not refundable after 30 days from purchase.
