In a session, your family system is represented, so the hidden thing driving you becomes visible. A loyalty. A loss nobody grieved. A weight that was never yours to carry. You see it, you feel it shift, and things start to change.
Is this therapy?
No. It's systemic work. It doesn't replace medical or psychological care.
Does my family need to be involved?
No. You do the work. Your family system is represented in the session, so nobody else has to take part.

- A way of making your family system visible, so you can see the hidden pattern you're caught in, and feel it shift.
- Systemic entanglement
- When you unknowingly carry a feeling, fate or burden that belongs to someone else in your family, often from an earlier generation.
- Orders of love
- The quiet rules that keep a family system at peace: everyone belongs, those who came first come first, and giving and taking stay in balance.
- Representatives
- People, objects or places on the floor that stand in for members of your family during a constellation. Online, we use figures or markers, so nobody from your family needs to be there.
- Seeds
- The small weekly practices you take home between sessions in The Reset, so the change grows in your real life.
- Outcome Promise
- In The Reset we write down your outcome on day one. If you've come to every session and haven't reached it by the closing session, I keep working with you for up to 3 more sessions, at no cost.
