3. Booking and Payments

3.1 By booking a session or workshop, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
3.2 All payments must be completed in full to confirm your spot.
3.3 Payments are non-refundable. However, bookings may be transferred to another session or participant if communicated at least 48 hours before the event.

4. Session Guidelines

4.1 Participants are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated and will not be eligible for refunds.
4.2 All participants are required to maintain confidentiality regarding personal matters shared by others during group sessions.
4.3 Nexara Constellations reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the session.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Nexara Constellations reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative session or a full refund.
5.2 Participant cancellations less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content, including text, graphics, workshop materials, and session recordings, is the property of Nexara Constellations and is protected by copyright laws.
6.2 Reproduction or distribution of any materials without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
