At Nexara Constellations (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to deliver exceptional services to all our clients. To ensure smooth operations and respect for everyone’s time and effort, we have implemented the following refund policy for our services:

Refund Policy Guidelines
1. Online 1:1 Sessions

Cancellation by Client:

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without additional charges.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund. However, rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion, subject to availability.

No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for missed sessions without prior notice.
2. Group 1-Day Events

Cancellation by Client:

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.

No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for non-attendance without prior notice.

Event Changes: If we need to reschedule or cancel the event, clients will be offered the option of a full refund or transfer to a future event.
3. Exclusive Retreats

Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

Cancellation by Client:

Cancellations made at least 30 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a refund of the amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are not eligible for a refund.

Transfer of Spot: Clients may transfer their booking to another individual, provided prior notice is given, and the transfer is approved by us.

Retreat Changes: If we need to reschedule or cancel the retreat, clients will be offered a full refund, including the deposit, or transfer to a future retreat.
General Terms

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to connect@nexaraconstellations.com

Refund Will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days.

In exceptional circumstances, we may review requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis.
